Job Description
The Role
As a Senior IT Support Administrator you’ll experience an exciting opportunity to maintain, configure, and operate client computer systems, servers, and data security systems.
Your expertise will ensure our internal IT structure remains up to date, while providing second-level support to all employees for their personal and internally used IT systems. Additionally, you will provide guidance to professional and junior team members, actively participate in project and task planning, and offer documentation and support for various systems and processes.

With more than 80% of DAX companies already AMANA customers, we are one of the market leaders in the DACH region with our GlobalTaxCenter and SmartNotes disclosure management system. We have more than 1000 customers from 20 European countries and a wide partner network globally and are looking for you to continue our successful expansion.
What you'll do
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure streamlined operations
- Set up and configure hardware and software for our valued employees
- Proactively implement and sustain IT security measures to safeguard our digital assets
- Address and resolve IT-related inquiries and requests from employees
- Document supported systems and processes for clarity and reference
- Manage and maintain internally deployed software and tools
- Distribute and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT support requests
- Provide valuable guidance to professional and junior team members fostering growth
What you bring to the table
- Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), Azure, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for seamless operations
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VMWare, ensuring efficient virtualization solutions
- Familiarity with both Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 administration to enhance productivity and collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to swiftly address technical challenges
- Strong documentation and communication abilities for seamless knowledge transfer and thrive both independently and within a team environment
