Job Description

The Role

As a (Senior) Consultant at ementexx - a LucaNet Company, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our Banking solution, ennoxx.banking, for assigned customers in the DACH region. You play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and coordinating requirements between customers and the ementexx development team to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and can be implemented smoothly.

What you'll do

• Onboard new customers to our Banking solutions including remote or on-site training
• As the main point of contact for your customers, ensure their requirements are understood and implemented
• Identify and assess potential risks in the implementation process and develop strategies to minimize risks
• Provide regular project progress reports to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
• Monitor implementation quality and ensure the solution meets expected standards and customer requirements
• You can work remotely in Germany, preferably in a hybrid manner at our Frankfurt am Main location

What you bring to the table

• Demonstrated success in B2B implementation projects of software solutions, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector
• Strong IT skills, including experience with Windows (Server), SQL Server, and more
• Ideally experience in organizing implementation projects, including project planning, budget control, and resource management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and meet customer requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region if necessary
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English
