The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build a world-class workforce that drives our global company’s ambitious growth goals.
You will lead a team of dedicated talent acquisition professionals and play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, driving excellence in candidate experience, and fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to attract and hire exceptional candidates.
- Implement innovative and effective recruitment techniques, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and industry networks.
- Partner with HR, Business Partners, Marketing, and other relevant departments to provide a seamless end-to-end candidate experience and onboarding process.
- Develop and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant tools to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Take a strategic approach to the training and development of the talent acquisition team.
- Manage the budget for the Talent Acquisition department, ensuring there is a strong ROI for all expenditure in the department and a strong cost per hire.

What you bring to the table
- A strong track record of leading a high-quality talent acquisition department and achieving an ambitious hiring roadmap, preferably in a fast-paced scaling technology company, or similar environment.
- Ability to build a results-oriented culture, and a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful global talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to build strong, effective relationships with our senior leadership team.
- Able to mature our talent acquisition function, with the ability to improve processes and ways of working.
- Deep understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment technologies.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
