The Role
As Go-To-Market (GTM) Pricing & Strategy Manager at LucaNet, you'll be instrumental in shaping our company's growth trajectory by owning our GTM and pricing strategies across our entire product and service portfolio. You will lead strategic projects and work closely with cross-functional teams, providing vital support to senior management in crafting strategies for both new and established processes and offerings.
Your role extends beyond mere market analysis, you’ll be at the forefront of strategy formulation, ensuring that our GTM approaches and processes remain agile and responsive to market dynamics. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive GTM strategies to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will manage our operative pricing assuring our pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with our business objectives.

What you'll do
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer by planning, leading, executing, and monitoring strategic GTM projects and help to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities by proactive market research on market sizing, trends, economic landscapes, legislations and best route to market.
- Spearhead the development of new GTM strategies for upcoming product launches, encompassing revenue model formulation, packaging, pricing, sales and organizational processes, communication strategies, contractual terms, service level agreements, and implementation plans.
- Lead internal review sessions of existing GTM strategies with Sales, Marketing and Customer Excellence, drive GTM strategies for our established products and services, conduct annual pricing strategy reviews, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Create data analyses and presentations for the management and LucaNet executive board.
- Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to grasp product strategies and roadmaps, pinpointing key features and innovations that add value for customers and align with LucaNet’s objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive pricing strategy analyses, including customer segmentation, market research, monetization potential evaluation, and benchmarking, in collaboration with data analytics and commercial teams.
- Provide support to the sales operations team in devising and analyzing tactical promotional and discounting initiatives.
- Monitor competitors' and partners' pricing strategies and tactics and recommend adjustments accordingly.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in commercial excellence strategy consulting, project management or a related in-house GTM or pricing strategy role in a software company.
- Proven experience in project management and familiarity with various methods, frameworks, and types of analysis related to GTM and pricing strategy for both new and established product and service offerings.
- Proficiency with a broad suite of software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal abilities, as well exceptional communication in English, German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; as well productivity and a self-driven mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
