The Role

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a key member of our team, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless delivery while adapting to the evolving needs of the business. With expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing diverse, high-value projects that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, prioritisation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clarity and focus throughout project execution.
• Utilise tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams for efficient project tracking and reporting.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience in delivery/project management, with a strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
• A solid technical background, particularly in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), Microsoft ecosystems, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Trello, Miro, Microsoft Planner, and other project management platforms.
