The Role

As a Principal Architect, you will:

• Lead architecture discovery and delivery planning for customer initiatives.
• Shape technology strategies in collaboration with senior executives.
• Mentor solution architects and technical leaders.
• Assess business challenges to recommend optimal solutions.
• Define operating models, value chains, and capability maps.
• Contribute to large-scale migrations and enterprise IT projects.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS).
• Experience with DevOps and modern delivery methods (Scrum, Lean, XP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into impactful solutions.
