Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Rewards Partner, reporting to the Director of People Operations, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organisation's compensation and rewards programs. The primary focus will be on the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation and rewards programs that are competitive, cost-effective and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements to help us attract, develop and retain talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Establish and manage all compensation and rewards plans, including salary structures, incentive programs, and health and welfare benefits
- Analyse and evaluate compensation and rewards data to ensure that programs are competitive and cost-effective
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and rewards programs
- Develop and deliver employee communications related to compensation, compensation cycles and rewards programs
- Provide guidance, enablement and support to managers and employees on compensation and rewards issues
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Conduct regular audits and analyses of job architecture, salary ranges, and compensation elements and rewards programs to ensure up to date market competitiveness
- Act as an advisor to People & Talent partners and managers across Europe (+ US) on compensation and rewards related topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field / significant industry experience
- Several years of experience in compensation and rewards
- Experience building and maintaining job architectures and associated salary bands and compensation frameworks for organisations with 400+ employees in Europe (multiple countries)
- Experience in designing and maintaining sales compensation plans
- Strong knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and practices, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
- Track record of consulting with senior stakeholders (up to executive level) and functional colleagues in wider teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant software tools
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Personio, Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors, UltiPro
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
