THE GOAL

The aim of the Partnership Assistant position is to support the sourcing, selection, and training of our future franchisees. This role provides comprehensive support in the administrative and back-office duties related to new points of sales openings and assist franchisees with all the preopening procedures that also include cooperation with other departments colleagues such as logistics & supply chain, finance administration.

WHAT YOU DO

Sourcing and Selection

• You support in the research and identify new networks, communities, and methods of attracting suitable franchisees for our points of sales.

• You create talent banks for potential franchise partners for our kiosks

• You support in delivering engaging business presentations, managing a selection process and ultimately recruit the most suitable franchise partners for our points of sales

Admin

• You support in the update of the database of all kiosk locations.

• You support the partnership manager with contract creation and filing.
• Support PM in maintaining new openings recruitment and training tracker
• Support PM in tracking source of ‘hire

Training

• You coordinate and ensure our Franchise partners receive the correct induction training in line with our standards

• You support the partnership manager to ensure new Partners training is tracked and signed off correctly.

• You support your local team in the planning and delivery of successful openings of new points of sales.

Communication & Engagement with Partners

• You support the Partnership Manager to deliver communications to partners

• You support the Partnership Manager with group level partner projects, engaging partners and your local team in these projects and tracking the impact of those projects.

• You support in the planning and organising of events (select venues, catering etc.) and meetings for franchise partners, every year we get our local team and Franchise Partners together at annual summits.
• You support in building strong working relationships with existing franchisees, share best practices
• You support in maintaining appropriate levels of communication and manage crises where necessary

WHO YOU ARE (skills and qualifications)

• Fluent English (both spoken and written) and good level of Chinese. Any Asian language skills are highly advantageous
• Effective problem solver with ability to think outside the box
• Very flexible in terms of responsibilities, not afraid to conquer a challenge, able to bend no into a yes, ability and empathy to work, understand and “think” with the Asian community

• Negotiation and commercial skills: experience in recruitment, training, sales would be beneficial
• Constantly curious to learn new things and to find new ways of finding franchise partners
• Positively passionate about our Brand and able to share that enthusiasm with our potential franchise partners
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly productive team while also capable of autonomous working
