HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER
Help us help the world agree faster.Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.
THE CHALLENGE
We have 5 cross-functional product teams today (which you might know as pods, tribes, etc.). Each team is comprised of Engineers, Engineering Team Leads and Product Designers. Our 3 Product Managers provide support to all of them.As our product has matured, we plan to build out our product management team in 2024 to provide dedicated 1-1 support for each of the teams.
We're looking for Product Managers with experience building tools to support collaboration, complex workflows and/or content management, with a strong focus on usability. You will join our Editor team and be responsible for building and refining a core experience of our product, and be directly accountable for a well-defined subset of Juro’s overall product strategy.

In this role, that means:- You understand the problems we can solve that are highest value for customers.- You bring products to market adoption (i.e. people use the products you ship).Success for you means:1. ⭐ Adoption, as measured by % of customers using a given featureInputs to this success metric are:- Solid research / understanding of customers- Good collaboration with GTM teams to get these measures- Creative problem-solving (lowest common denominator to solve the problem with the least amount of work)
THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF...
🌈 Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
We look for people whose approach to work aligns with our values & behaviours. For this role especially, we value:- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, and a results mindset (Strive To Deliver)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Keep It Simple)
On top of that:- You have 4+ years* of product management experience in B2B SaaS working on a customer-facing product.- You navigated periods of fast growth and supported scaling teams in a fast-paced setting.- You have strong product and UX intuition, and can apply data and systems thinking to solve complex problems.- You have a customer-centric mindset, and are adept at striking a balance between customer feedback, business viability, and technical feasibility to drive optimal results.- You worked with cross-functional teams in an agile setting (preferably Scrum or TPS/Kanban).- You have mentored new and early-stage Product Managers.
Bonus if:- You have a background in legal tech or another relevant field.
* What you did is more important than how long you did it. While this range is an orientation for you to understand what the IC4 level means to us, we still want to hear from you if you think you have what it takes but don't quite meet this number (e.g. 4+ years is more akin to IC3 for us).
WHY JOIN US?
If you’re someone who wants to work for a vibrant, successful tech company but worry that most companies with “unicorn” ambitions are…- chaotic (= immature operation and prone to over-hiring)- fragile (= high cash burn and no profitability)- volatile (= vulnerable to market swings and layoffs)…and therefore often not conducive to building a sustainable career foundation, you should consider Juro. Here’s why.
With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly under + learn from an accomplished Product leader on a product that is disrupting the world of contracts — away from static, Word-based files and toward a browser-native platform that is built for 21st century contract management.
We’re a company in its growth phase that sits in the sweetspot between:- Early stage start-ups: We’re far enough along that it isn’t just chaos.- Large, multi-national software behemoths: We offer more autonomy, less red tape, more impact and faster growth for high performers in a compressed timespan.- Other UK/EU scale-ups: Our operation is more mature than our stage and we offer a balance between fast but responsible, sustainable growth.

Company benefits
We need to ask employees of Juro what it's like to work there before we verify the company FlexScore® and compile employee satisfaction ratings.
The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility
First we assess the flexibility options Juro provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Juro is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.
We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
