Talent Acquisition Partner (German Speaker)
Salary: up to £35k basic and 10% bonus
Location: UK Remote. However, would require some travel to London HQ

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of your partnership by delivering top-tier recruitment solutions. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a portfolio of roles while consistently exceeding agreed hiring SLAs and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery:
- Own the Process: Lead recruitment from start to finish, supported by the Centre of Excellence when needed.
- Attract Top Talent: Use creative sourcing strategies to find and engage exceptional candidates.
- Manage with Precision: Oversee interviews and offers, mitigating risks to ensure smooth and successful hiring.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently hit or surpass SLAs and KPIs through focused, results-driven work.
Process Management:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure top-tier service by identifying and sourcing the best candidates via multiple channels.
- Stay Ahead: Use research and market insights to keep hiring practices cutting-edge.
- Take Charge: Lead recruitment processes confidently while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prioritize Smartly: Balance a high volume of roles by planning and prioritizing effectively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver an outstanding experience to hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Share Insights: Provide valuable market and talent data to inform hiring decisions.
