Talent Acquisition Lead – Commercial/Corporate
Salary: up to £55k basic, 10% bonus plus share options Hybrid role: 3 days a week onsite in Halifax About Us: Instant Impact is a leading global RPO provider for SMEs. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be at the heart of our exciting journey, driving the success of our partnership. You'll execute our strategic vision, hit ambitious hiring targets, meet SLAs, and spearhead impactful improvement projects.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Leading the Team:
- Empower Your Team: Take charge as the direct line manager of Talent Acquisition Partner(s) and oversee any collaborative support from our centers of excellence.
- Drive Excellence: Set high standards and inspire your team to achieve and exceed them, ensuring top-notch performance.
- Cultivate Talent: Invest in your team’s growth by enhancing their skills and expanding their knowledge.
- Build Community: Be an active contributor to the ii community, sharing best practices, innovative ideas, and successful outcomes. Lead internal coaching and training sessions that enrich our culture and uphold our core values.
Managing Service Delivery:
- Lead with Strategy: Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for each new requisition, ensuring a fast, impactful, and positive experience for everyone involved.
- Exceed Expectations: Meet and go beyond all service level agreements and partnership objectives, showcasing the value of seamless and effective recruitment.
- Deliver Quality Results: Personally manage key hires with significant tech and Centre of Excellence support, and uphold the quality of all work produced by the team.
Partnership Management:
- Enhance the Experience: Deliver a world-class experience for key stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates, while expanding our influence within the client organization.
- Offer Insightful Expertise: Collaborate with the Client Services Director to provide meaningful insights and talent market intelligence, keeping stakeholders ahead of the curve.
- Champion Innovation: Drive improvements in the client’s Talent Acquisition function with forward-thinking ideas that enhance processes and deliver tangible value.
What do we need from you?
- International Experience: You’re adept at working across multiple European geographies (ideally including Germany, France and Spain) and can bring knowledge of these markets to drive great candidate engagement and quality hiring process
- Master of Recruitment & Relationship-Building: You’re a recruitment powerhouse with an instinct for building genuine trust with clients and candidates alike. Your stakeholder management skills are second to none, and you’re the person everyone feels they can rely on.
- Commercial Specialist Whisperer: With deep expertise in sourcing top Commercial talent, you know precisely what makes a successful sales professional and where to find them.
- Growth Mindset: Self-aware, driven, and always looking to level up. You actively seek out ways to learn and improve, thriving in an environment that values growth.
- End-to-End Excellence: From intake to onboarding, you deliver a seamless recruitment process with unmatched speed, precision, and quality. You create an experience candidates and hiring managers won’t forget.
