Senior Talent Partner  

Part-Time – 4 days a week 

Salary: Full-time equivalent up to £55K pa, 10% annual bonus, and share options 

Hybrid role: 1-2 days a week on-site in London. Up to 1-day month travel to sites in UK/Europe

We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Manager who is excited by the idea of playing a key role for us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and a member of our senior leadership team as we continue our epic growth.

What does it mean to be a Senior Talent Partner with this client? 

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will work closely with our Talent Director and their senior stakeholders to build and run a high-quality Talent Acquisition (TA) function. 

You will play a key part in the designing and implementation of their recruitment strategy as well as becoming the client’s expert on all things recruitment, bringing in new initiatives, such as process improvements, employer branding projects, strategic partnerships, and more. 

What do we need from you? 

  • You’re currently working in a recruitment-focused role in either an agency, internally, or in an RPO format 

  • You can work 4 days a week 

  • You are happy to travel to their offices in the Midlands or Scotland once per month with occasional travel to European offices. 

  • You have experience recruiting experienced sales specialists 

  • You have experience implementing new processes within a TA function 

  • You’re experienced in leading an account and managing the full spectrum of stakeholder relationships 

  • You have a genuine passion for recruitment and people
