Location: UK remote, with 1-2 days in Instant Impact’s London office per month

Salary: Full-time equivalent up to £55K PA (pro-rata)

Employment Type: Part-time, 3 days a week

Instant Impact are creating something special, building a world-class business that

people love being a part of. We’re now looking for a creative Senior Content Writer to join our Growth Team on a part time basis (3 days per week).

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will be able to tell compelling stories, simplify the complex, and

create engaging copy on a range of HR and recruitment topics.

With ambitious growth plans, we now need support to create exceptional content

that cuts through the marketing noise, helping us find a ‘voice’, and strengthening

our market presence.

This role reports into the Marketing Manager and will produce creative content

across a range of mediums, from web copy, thought leadership reports, emails, blogs

to video scripts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Passionate about written communication, a true wordsmith and storyteller
  • Create first class thought leadership content to position Instant Impact as
  • experts
  • Write engaging and compelling copy to form the basis of our ABM strategy
  • (including whitepapers, reports, case studies, blogs, news, emails, website
  • copy and guides) with clear call to actions for use across website, social and
  • email.
  • Tailor content and copy for different industries, buyer personas and
  • geographies
  • Ghost write for senior members of the leadership team, adapting your writing
  • style to their tone of voice (CEO’s/Chief Growth Officer/Chief Delivery Officer)
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business and
  • closely with the marketing team to hit marketing goals and deadlines
  • Create copy that inspires; engages; educates; promotes and sells

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

  • Experience creating market-facing thought leadership content, preferably
  • within professional services, & the HR or Recruitment industries
  • Strong knowledge and experience of creating a range of content, long form,
  • short form and experience of creating social content
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong research, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable with the ability to pivot between differing priorities
  • Exceptional written English skills
  • Motivated by constant learning and desire to build something meaningful

Desirable:

  • Strong knowledge and experience using social media and other digital outlets
  • to support content distribution strategies
  • Proficient in SEO techniques
  • Commercial awareness
