Recruitment Coordinator

Salary:
up to 300k RAND basic, 10% annual bonus
Location: This role is fully remote; however, we require someone based within a commutable distance of Johannesburg, South Africa due to the wider team set-up.

What does it mean to be a Recruitment Coordinator?As our Recruitment Coordinator (we call them Talent Co-ordination Specialists 😉), the main purpose of your role is to support the team with various recruitment and administrative activities to ensure that our client partnership SLAs are exceeded. You will have a varied role that will see you working closely with our dedicated recruitment team and having exposure to our client stakeholders and candidates on a daily basis.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Recruitment Process Coordination

  • Craft and Manage Job Postings: Design and publish compelling job advertisements across diverse platforms to attract top talent.
  • Effortless Interview Coordination: Seamlessly organize interviews by aligning schedules across hiring teams, managers, and candidates.
  • Prepare Interviews + Resources: Interview management, create tailored interview packs and guides to support a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Team Administration and Support

  • Keep Systems Current: Ensure data accuracy in trackers and maintain up-to-date information in client Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Manage the Recruitment Inbox: Efficiently direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Create Impactful Reports: Develop insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders to track progress and showcase results.
  • Administer Candidate and Manager Feedback: Lead the process for collecting and analysing Candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Hiring Manager surveys.

  • Master of Schedules: You're a pro at managing diaries and seamlessly coordinating interview schedules, keeping everyone on track and stress-free.
