Job Description

As part of our commitment to excellence, we need a proactive Marketing Executive to support and execute dynamic campaigns and contribute to our high-energy Growth team.

About this role: As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in our demand generation strategy, helping us meet ambitious growth goals. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership teams, you'll implement campaigns that drive engagement and build trust within our core target market. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Marketing Campaigns & Events

  • Execute with Excellence: Support the delivery of our marketing plan, across online and offline channels ensuring that campaigns meet lead generation and engagement targets for Instant Impact and Impact X brands.
  • Event Management: Coordinate our series of high-profile events, from venue selection to marketing, and on-the-day setup, to create events with Impact.
  • Social Media Management: Lead our presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by producing and managing engaging content and supporting team members in content creation.

Collaborative Process Management

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, and Sales team to align and execute initiatives that contribute to our overall strategy.
  • Innovative Planning: Keep our content and events calendar fresh and up-to-date, bringing creative ideas to elevate our social channels.

Technical Proficiency

  • Tech Savvy: Work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive to set up and optimize campaigns across our mar-tech stack, including marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyse campaign data to recommend improvements and optimizations, ensuring our strategies stay on target.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain our website with timely content updates and SEO-friendly practices, collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

What we need from you

  • Experienced Marketing Professional: With 2+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a high-growth or sales solutions environment.
  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: You’re eager to tackle challenges with creative solutions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis and campaign performance tracking to drive optimization.
  • Self-Starter: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing your workload to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit, ready to work across teams to achieve goals.
