Instant Impact is creating something special, building a world-class business that people love being a part of. We’re now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Growth Team (full-time). What are we looking for? As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand and products to life through visually stunning designs. In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in promoting and expanding our Co-Founder's podcast. You'll handle video editing and create captivating clips for our social media platforms. Additionally, you'll team up with our Graphic Designer to support exciting projects, producing exceptional content that stands out and boosts our market presence.

This role will involve (but not limited to):

• Graphic Design: Craft eye-catching visual content for a diverse range of platforms! From vibrant social media graphics for LinkedIn to engaging marketing materials, striking email creatives, stunning web graphics, and more—bring your creative flair to every project and make a bold visual impact!
• Video & Podcast Editing: Crafting stunning visuals, perfecting edits, enhancing colors, creating seamless masks, and delivering crisp audio mixes!
• Make sure all design materials align with our brand guidelines, keeping our visual identity consistent and cohesive!
• Working closely with our talented Designer, dynamic Marketing Manager, and enthusiastic Marketing Executives to grasp project needs, create standout design solutions, and seamlessly integrate their feedback.
• Juggle multiple exciting projects at once and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines can change at a moment's notice

What we need from you:

• Proficiency in video editing and expertise in color grading
• Familiarity with video editing software, particularly After Effects and Media Encoder
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Skilled in interpreting and transforming design and creative briefs into compelling visuals
• Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing precision and meticulousness
• Experience managing various marketing platforms, particularly adept with social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team
• Outstanding time management skills and resilience, adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple deadlines
• Confident and effective communicator, capable of engaging with team members in a professional and appropriate manner
