About the role As our Executive Search Lead, you’ll be at the heart of driving our growth and success! Your mission? To identify and win over new clients, nurture lasting partnerships, and source exceptional senior-level candidates who’ll make a real impact. You’ll take full ownership of the executive search process — from building relationships with clients and candidates to managing hiring logistics and maintaining a powerful network of industry leaders. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Building & Management
- Ignite New Partnerships: Identify and connect with potential clients, crafting strategic relationships and delivering bespoke executive search solutions tailored to their unique recruitment needs.
- Own the Sales Journey: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams for flawless service delivery.
- Forge Lasting Partnerships: Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients to fully understand their culture, strategic objectives, and specific hiring needs.
- Be the Trusted Advisor: Guide clients through their executive hiring decisions, focusing on the key qualifications, experiences, and leadership competencies that matter most.
- Cultivate Client Loyalty: Foster long-term connections that drive repeat business and genuine trust, becoming the go-to partner in their talent journey.
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment
- Innovate & Attract Top Talent: Design creative strategies to capture the attention of high-calibre executive talent, using a blend of channels like social media, job boards, industry events, and networking.
- Unearth the Best Fit: Conduct comprehensive interviews and behavioural assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with client needs.
- Curate Exceptional Talent: Deliver meticulously crafted shortlists, complete with in-depth assessments of each candidate’s fit for the role and the organization.
Market Research & Industry Expertise
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Immerse yourself in market research to keep pace with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
- Leverage Your Network: Tap into a wide network of industry contacts to stay connected to key sectors and proactively identify new talent and client opportunities.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide clients with actionable advice on talent acquisition, market conditions, and compensation trends, grounded in data-driven insights.
Project & Process Management
- Own the Search Process: Lead the entire executive search lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Create a Seamless Journey: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops to offer a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Support Informed Decisions: Craft detailed reports, candidate profiles, and hiring recommendations to empower clients in making confident decisions.
- Maintain Confidentiality & Integrity: Uphold the highest ethical standards throughout every search, ensuring absolute discretion and trustworthiness.
