Job Description

Improbable is building M² (MSquared), a new venture to develop a network of connected and interoperable metaverses. The MSquared venture will be taking on the development of the metaverse platform as a service (PaaS) and will be responsible for driving its own commercial success through bringing this platform to market and growing its customer base.

Sales live within the Commercial function of MSquared, whose responsibilities include the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through managing prospects, closing agreements, the ongoing relationship management and success of existing customers, and supplier management.

Your Mission

As a Sales Representative for MSquared, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with agencies and Web3 companies to showcase the capabilities of our platform. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will be a key player in expanding our presence within the creative and digital sectors and educating clients on the unique benefits of using MSquared as their go-to metaverse development solution.

Your Opportunity:

  • Client Engagement & Prospecting

    • Identify and target potential clients within creative, advertising, metaverse agencies, and Web3 companies.

    • Conduct outreach to decision-makers and developers, presenting MSquared’s platform as a solution for building and hosting immersive virtual experiences.

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, attending industry events, and monitoring market trends.

  • Sales Process Management

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.

    • Conduct demos of the MSquared platform, with support from sales engineers, tailoring presentations to highlight features relevant to each client's needs.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights and support during the sales process as needed.

  • Client Education & Relationship Building

    • Educate clients on the benefits and possibilities of the MSquared platform, addressing technical queries and overcoming potential objections.

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage platform adoption and customer loyalty.

  • Market Intelligence & Feedback - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of creative agencies and Web3 metaverse companies.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Why You’re Made for This:

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within SaaS, PaaS, or related digital/virtual experience solutions.

Knowledge: Familiarity with metaverse platforms, Web3 technologies, and virtual experience development is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.

  • Relationship-oriented with strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate technical products.

  • Adaptability: You are flexible and can navigate the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a growing company.

Why Join MSquared?

  • Opportunity to be at the forefront of the metaverse industry.

  • A dynamic, innovative team committed to changing the future of digital engagement.

  • Competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
