Job Description

Graduate Production Coordinator

At MSquared, we are pioneering the future of interconnected virtual worlds, empowering brands, agencies, and creators to build, scale, and own immersive digital experiences. Our mission is to break down barriers between virtual environments, driving an open metaverse built on open standards, where creativity and community thrive, shaping a vibrant and dynamic digital ecosystem.

As a subsidiary of Improbable, one of the UK's most well-funded tech startups known for its groundbreaking technology, MSquared is at the forefront of the industry. By delivering pioneering products and leveraging cutting-edge innovations, we are transforming how virtual worlds are created and experienced. Our technology pushes the boundaries of scalability and interactivity, enabling unparalleled large-scale, real-time virtual environments.

We are offering a rare and highly sought-after opportunity to join a select group of exceptional individuals shaping the future of virtual worlds. If you’re among the best and brightest, this is your chance to work alongside leading pioneers in metaverse technology.

Your Opportunity

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge technology environment

At MSquared, we believe in transforming ideas into reality. As a Graduate Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of complex projects within the metaverse and virtual world ecosystem. You’ll work closely with producers, engineers, and designers to ensure that production processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and cross-functional teams are aligned.

This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with a passion for technology and an interest in production, operations, or project management. You’ll be responsible for tracking deliverables, managing communication between teams, and helping to maintain efficient workflows across multiple projects. Your work will be instrumental in helping MSquared scale its groundbreaking virtual world experiences.

You will join a graduate program that includes a structured development plan and mentorship from world-leading professionals who are smart, motivated, and curious about pushing the boundaries of virtual technology.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Identify with the Following

  • A strong academic background, meaning a high degree classification in history, law, business, or a related field, coupled with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or managing timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for gaming, digital experiences, or the evolution of online platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.

  • An interest in AI, technology, production processes, or digital project management.

While we think the above experience could be important, we can’t predict the future and so we’re keen to hear from applicants who believe they have valuable experience. If you identify with the team & mission, but not all of the suggestions, then please still apply!

Benefits

Along with a competitive salary and full private healthcare and dental coverage, we offer a flexible hybrid working style. In the office, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast and a wide range of snacks, weekly yoga sessions, and dedicated relaxation spaces to help you recharge. We prioritise work-life balance with benefits designed for your well-being - including unlimited holiday entitlement for graduates, so you can take the time you need to rest and reset.

At MSquared, you are surrounded by world-class people who want to improve everything and everyone around them, and who compel you to improve yourself. We’re motivated by delivering solutions to our customers that enable them to achieve things that would be impossible without our technology.

The best ideas are often the least expected and require new ways of thinking; that’s why our teams at MSquared are made up of an incredible range of talented people. MSquared is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, colour, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status or any other legally protected status.
