The role
Here at Huel, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Systems Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and optimise Anaplan (our supply planning system) , ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently across the supply chain function. No day is the same, but here's an insight in to what you'll get up to:
- Act as first line support for business users of Anaplan, supporting (and sometimes delivering) fixes to keep the system running like a well-oiled machine
Responsible for creation and maintenance of system documentation and Huel-specific training materials; provide training, guidance and support for Anaplan users across the business to help them get the most out of the system - Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues; collaborate with the IT Operations Team to provide timely resolutions to minimise disruption to business operations
- Design, develop and implement new Anaplan models, as well as continuously reviewing and making improvements to existing models to ensure our planning is accurate and efficient
- Regularly review and align system functionalities with the company’s strategic goals, suggesting improvements or changes to enhance efficiency and support growth
- Contribute to the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, participating in project teams for the rollout of new features or improvements; includes managing and integrating data within the planning system, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and helping generate reports and insights for business decision-making
- Work closely with external partners and vendors, such as software providers, to ensure effective system integrations and collaborations that align with business needs
- Work with our Information Security team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all system processes and assist in maintaining system security to protect company data and intellectual property
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business planning systems, actively seeking opportunities for professional development

What we're looking for in you

- This role is best suited to someone with a keen passion for using ERP systems or Excel
- Ideally, you will have prior supply planning or business analysis experience, either in production or demand planning, or even finance. We don't mind if you haven't used Anaplan before as we’ll offer you all the support you need to learn.
- You will be skilled in managing, integrating, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within systems and aptitude for understanding stakeholder needs and pain points.
- Finally, you'll have experience in working collaboratively in a team setting, including liaising with external partners and vendors and a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic work environment!
