The role

The role of Strategy Manager for Huel will leverage your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and consulting expertise to help us grow and innovate globally. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Strategy to define and shape Huel’s overarching business strategy, working across the business on Product, Market, and Channel strategy to guide business decisions.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Team and Team Leads to develop and deliver Huel's strategic and financial plan, working cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and communicate Huel’s strategy to employees and other stakeholders.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and research opportunities to accelerate growth through consumer and market research; assess and prioritise size and feasibility of potential opportunities through robust prioritisation frameworks.
• Project Management: Manage and execute strategic projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track and establishing success criteria for our initiatives.
• Executive Support: Support leadership in decision-making processes by providing relevant data, insights, and strategic options. Prepare high-impact business cases and recommendations for the Senior Team.
• Consumer Insights & Market Research: Lead research efforts to gather insights into consumer behaviour, competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities and translate these findings into actionable recommendations for Huel’s growth.

What we're looking for in you

• At least 2 years experience in a commercial or strategic role, ideally in a consumer business or top-tier consulting firm, with a strong track record of strategic project delivery.
• Experience in the Consumer, Retail or Ecommerce space would be great but not essential for the role. Likewise passion for the nutrition and wellness industry is a big plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to identify and analyse market trends, competitor data, and customer insights to inform decision-making throughout the business.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and willing to roll up their sleeves wherever needed to get things done
• Growth mindset - we are looking for someone who is ambitious, has a strong work ethic, and proactively seeks out opportunities to deliver results across the business, as well as develop their skills and abilities.
