The role

Here at Huel Performance Marketing is huge. We're a D2C business, so invest a lot of our resources into this team. We attribute a large part of our growth down to being found by more and more customers online, through paid search and paid social, and this continues to be a driving force for our business growth 📈.

So, we're now looking for a seriously ambitious Senior Paid Social Manager to join us. You will be someone who is commercially minded and data driven who will lead and accelerate our Paid Social growth strategy - no day is the same, but here's an insight in to what you'll get up to:

- Leading a team of 4 Executives

- Campaign management, direction and delivery across Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, Reddit and new/emerging channels.

- Representing the Paid social team during SLT meetings

- Focusing on Growth & Ultimately driving new customers for Huel

What we're looking for in you

The role is best suited to someone with 6+ years’ experience of running paid media strategies across Meta and Tiktok, ideally as a senior manager or team lead. You will have first-hand experience in managing Meta and Tiktok campaigns with YouTube and Reddit as a bonus. You will be a born leader with demonstrable experience in managing and developing a growing team.

We are also looking for someone who has experience of using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics/Heap/Thoughtspot to investigate and interpret data alongside a solid understanding of Google channels (search, shopping, demand-gen) as well as attribution and incrementality. You will be a highly analytical and KPI driven individual, a structured thinker with strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
