The role

Here at Huel we want to build an iconic brand built on the foundations of our mission: To make nutritionally complete, convenient, affordable food, with minimal impact on animals and the environment. Following 9 years of strong growth with social at the heart of our brand, we have sold 400 million meals worldwide and recently hit 400,000 followers on Instagram, but we feel like we could do so much more and we now want to bring someone in with a vision to lead us there.

Strategic Planning & Execution - You’ll lead the development of a refreshed global social media strategy overseeing planning and execution across all owned channels, focused on scaling our views, reach and engagement. Particular focus will be on Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.

Creative Briefing and Development - Tap into our in-house creative agency to develop highly engaging creative content for the brand all year-round & partner with our performance marking team to ensure a fully joined-up social world.

Look & Feel - Elevate the look and feel of the Huel social channels to meet the high-quality standards of our brand and help Huel become a badge of honour worldwide.

Collaboration - Partner with other marketing teams in the business such as the influencer team, to deliver integrated and powerful campaigns.

Community Management - Manage and harness the power of our Hueligan community worldwide.

Performance and Data Analysis - Conduct thorough data-led analysis of weekly and monthly performances and report back to the Head of Marketing and monthly into Founder/CMO linking back to business performance metrics.

• Experience scaling social media platforms (in particular Instagram, TikTok & Youtube) with highly engaging quality creative.
• Finger on the pulse of all things social and the aptitude to convert this into strategic opportunities for the business.
• Editing skills and strong knowledge of the full adobe creative suite.
• Strong on data analysis and able to make strategic and creative recommendations off the back of these insight.
• You’ll have strong communication skills that allow you to influence up and down the business as you’ll work with lots of different departments as well as experience managing a small team.
