The Potential Opportunity

• Deliver high-quality, clear, and accessible designs that make an impact.
• Use top-tier tools to design user journeys and components.
• Leverage research, data, and feedback to guide your design decisions.
• Work closely with Content Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Product teams.
• Present your ideas internally and to client stakeholders with confidence.
• Share insights with the UX & Design Team and contribute to design community initiatives.

About You

• A solid track record in interaction design or a related field.
• Proficiency with design systems, style guides, and existing patterns.
• A knack for balancing stakeholder needs with user-centered design.
• Skilled with design tools like Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Experience with HTML, Markdown, or other prototyping languages.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 standards ideally).
