The Opportunity:

• Our Mission: To become the most respected global digital product consultancy by digitally crafting a better world.
  
  
• Your Mission: You will excel in the acquisition of new business opportunities, guiding prospects from initial contact through to closure. Your focus will be on establishing relationships, understanding their digital transformation challenges, and positioning hedgehog lab as their trusted partner in crafting innovative, scalable solutions.
  
  
• Aims:
  • Achieving revenue generation targets from new clients, aiming for approximately £4 million annually.
  • Successfully acquiring clients that foster long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiating and closing deals, ensuring alignment with hedgehog lab’s strategic goals
  • Stay informed about digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and challenges within target industries to position hedgehog lab as a thought leader.
  • Focus on acquiring clients that align with hedgehog lab’s vision for innovation and long-term collaboration.

About you:

• Extensive business development experience in technology or consulting services, with a proven record of delivering significant revenue.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and digital strategy.
• Large network of contacts within the product, design and development industry
• Exceptional skills in building rapport and trust with senior executives.
• Skilled in developing strategies to meet ambitious targets while maintaining quality relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a collaborative mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, mobile and web app development, and emerging technology trends.

Our interview process:

Stage 1️⃣ - Intro call with a member of the Talent team (30 mins Google Meet)

Stage 2️⃣ - Culture interview with our CEO, Sarat and our CDO, Ray (45 mins Google Meet)

Stage 3️⃣ - Final interview and presentation with our Managing Director, Malcolm and CEO, Sarat (60 minute)
