The Opportunity:

  • Your Mission: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving growth. You will act as the key point of contact, delivering value by aligning hedgehog lab’s solutions with their evolving needs and business goals.

  • Aims:
    • Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and long-term goals.
    • Identify opportunities to introduce new services, expand existing projects, and foster client success.
    • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and milestones are met.
    • Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to keep clients informed and engaged.

About you:

  • Extensive and successful background in account management, client success, or relationship management within a technology or digital services context.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and digital strategy.
  • Large network of contacts within the product, design and development industry
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Adept at identifying opportunities for growth and aligning them with client objectives.
  • Excels at collaborating across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, ensuring all details and deadlines are handled effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, mobile and web app development, and emerging technology trends.

Our interview process:

Stage 1️⃣ - Intro call with a member of the Talent team (30 mins Google Meet)

Stage 2️⃣ - Culture interview with our CEO, Sarat and our CDO, Ray (45 mins Google Meet)

Stage 3️⃣ - Final interview and presentation with our Managing Director, Malcolm and CEO, Sarat (60 minute)
