POSITION: Full Time (37.5 hours) - Fixed Term Contract until February 2025

LOCATION: Fully remote

SALARY: Flexible depending on experience

Our Finance team continually strives to provide insights to improve decision making whilst optimising efficiency through technology and automation and providing team members with a proactive, collaborative working environment with a focus on personal development. The FP&A Analyst will have a central and vital role in a fast moving company. This role provides a real opportunity to help shape decision making.

Previous experience in health-care, private equity, hospital trust or manufacturing is ideal

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with sales and operational teams to provide information that helps managers make decisions
  • Model, forecast and present monthly financial board packs
  • Conduct clinical workforce productivity measurement and reporting
  • Translate operational data and metrics including productivity into financial data
  • Work with data analyst team to build and maintain models using Tableau to support management information
  • Support in preparation of forecasts and annual budget

What you need to have:

  • Practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong understanding of labour productivity measures in a service or manufacturing environment
  • Ideal - healthcare experience conducting financial analysis
  • Ideal - prior experience in a consulting role
  • CIMA or ACCA part qualified / qualified
  • Prior use of Tableau (or other data reporting tool) useful
  • Clear reporting, analysis and communication skills
  • Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere
  • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
