SALARY: £69,500 - £76,000

Our team managers play a vital role in enabling our remote-working clinicians to deliver a range of clinical assessments and interventions, which include mental health assessments and interventions, CBT & Family Interventions for a range of mental health problems across the age range.The clinical delivery team sets out to empower every young person to build the capabilities for long-term mental health to successfully navigate life’s challenges and experience a better quality of life. Through our NHS partnerships and private care offer we are improving outcomes for children, young people and their families across the UK. We are a dynamic and fast growing multi-disciplinary team with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our partners, service users and their families.
The role
Healios has successfully grown an Associate Network that now requires dedicated expertise to scale and operate optimally. The Clinical Operations Manager will be instrumental in refining and iterating the operating model, scaling and will be accountable for the delivery and performance of the Associate Network. To be successful, the Clinical Operations Manager will have extensive operational experience, particularly in designing and scaling operating models, coupled with clinical expertise in either Mental Health or Neurodevelopment. The Clinical Operations Manager will;
- Support with the scaling, onboarding, and retention for the Associate Network to ensure a robust pipeline of skilled clinicians.
- Be accountable for the delivery and performance of the Associate Network, including tracking, analysing, and reporting on their performance.
- Direct Line Manage Clinical Specialists and Coordinators
- Design, implement and scale the Operating Model, including SOPs, SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with Clinical Heads and Head of Client & Customer Operations to integrate Associate Clinicians in clinical delivery and pathways
- Work cross functionally to ensure clinical delivery meets quality standards
- Lead and support initiatives that makes the Healios Associate Network the first choice for clinicians
- Continuously improve and innovate to ensure operational and clinical excellence
What you need to have

- Minimum five years experience in a clinical operation role where you had accountability for service delivery, standards and performance
- Ideally experience of managing/scaling a bank/associate network/agency service
- Extensive experience of designing and implementing operating models
- Extensive experience of designing and implementing SOPs, SLAs and KPIs
- Extensive experience of scaling services and teams, whilst maintaining standards and quality
- Leadership qualities indexing towards action orientated, solutioning and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management skills; able to influence, build consensus and navigate opposing viewpoints
- In depth experience of transitioning and automating systems and processes from manual to digital
- A background in operations and clinical is ideal
- Have a professional home working environment
Nice to have
- Ideally either a recognised qualification and registration in a relevant clinical field or demonstrated experience in delivering or managing healthcare services, with a strong understanding of clinical operations or therapeutic practices.
