The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team, you will be based in our thriving Sheffield office in which 60+ people work across both Goodlord and Vouch brands.

In addition to leading our New Business efforts in Sheffield, you will support the day to day performance culture across all teams in the Sheffield office.

  • Line Management of the Vouch Sales Team (3-5x) incl training, coaching and career development - you will thrive on seeing your team succeed
  • Assisting in the development of, and owning, the sales plan (incl. forecasting and KPI’s) to deliver the new businesses sales goals
  • Onboarding of at least one new enterprise opportunity per quarter and happy carrying a quota personally to help the team hit overall target
  • Helping to deliver a culture of one team, that overall increases the conversion rate of prospects won across the group
  • Working collaboratively across teams, providing current and future industry trends to support engineering, product and marketing
  • Sharing ownership alongside the MD of Vouch for identifying and closing of key partnerships and strategic relationships
  • Liaising with other business leaders to understand how we can hit targets by leveraging the expertise of different teams/skills across our 3 UK locations (Sheffield, London and Lincoln)

What we need from you:

  • Significant experience leading and managing a successful B2B sales team (minimum of 3 direct reports)
  • A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets in a commercial environment (B2B)
  • Personally contributed to positive improvements and outcomes in a sales / sales management role and can demonstrate this
  • Experience managing a wider office performance culture through supporting other teams training and development
  • Ideally you have experience in the lettings or referencing industry - although this is by no means a requirement!!
