Our mission:

  • Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world 🌎
  • We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
  • Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! đź’š

The Opportunity:

If you’re looking for a strategic role with big business impact, enjoy working with stakeholders across a business, and are passionate about crafting effective messaging - this position is for you!

  • Partner closely with product, sales and marketing to set priorities, agree marketing plans and product revenue targets
  • Lead, prepare and executive on go-to-market plans for new products and partnerships, effectively communicating with teams around the business including senior leaders
  • Craft messaging and content that translates the features and capabilities of new and existing products into benefits for our customers.
  • Build tools, collateral and training programmes to enable our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our value proposition and product details to unlock revenue opportunities.

What we need from you:

  • Significant experience in a product or customer marketing role in a B2B SaaS business (ideally this will be fintech, insuretech or proptech but this is by no means essential)
  • Experience taking new products to market and running product launches naturally this means you have excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with proven experience of crafting messaging that turns emotional and functional benefits of the product into compelling reasons to buy products
  • Confident in conducting market and competitor analysis and communicating this internally to inform strategic decisions and product roadmap
