WHAT'S A TALENT POOL AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I APPLY?

Our Talent Pool is a way for us to connect with great people who may be interested in a role with us when there are no suitable positions currently available. Once you apply, we will send an initial email to introduce ourselves and so that you have a contact for someone in the Talent Team at Goodlord.

The Talent Team will then contact you whenever new relevant, roles go live in London. Saying that, do keep your eyes peeled on goodlord.co/careers in case you spot a role before we have the chance to contact you.

Unfortunately we will not be accepting agency recruiters in our Talent Pool. We have partners whom we would turn to should we require support.

ABOUT US

We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, landlord and tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution.

And we did. Like all startups it’s been a bit of a roller coaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3000 letting agents using the platform, exciting & varied product lines and 350 Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!
