💰 £37k (uncapped) OTE in Year One (Base salary + Commission)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Sheffield to spread the word about our Vouch product and become a champion of our brand.

You must have experience in the high volume outbound sales, business development or the lettings industry.

The Opportunity:

  • Pipeline generation and driving new business. This is the bread and butter of the role, what you’ll be responsible for and targeted on
  • Working cross-functionally with all teams to help create the ultimate Vouch Customer experience
  • Keeping up to date with developments to your products and sharing customer feedback
  • Analysing our market database and teasing out the best leads

What we need from you:

  • You are resilient to change, flexible and adaptable
  • You have a reassuring and charming phone manner – you can establish rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively without being face-to-face
  • Commercially minded and love working with targets (and over-delivering on them, we did say your drive was the limit!)
  • Must be excited about what we're doing here at Vouch!

The Company:

  • Vouch is a referencing company with a difference and was bought by Goodlord back in 2020 ✨
  • 2 in 5 people in the UK rent, and we use the latest technology to provide a full reference in a user-friendly way, making it more efficient and less stressful for tenants
  • At Vouch, you aren't defined by your job description, we encourage you to get involved with the different projects happening & make an impact. Whether it’s an idea on how to improve our services, or simply establishing a new office tradition – we want to hear it 🚀

What's in it for you?

  • 🌴 25 days annual leave with an additional day for each year your work here, plus bank holidays!
  • 🚀 £1000 annual Learning and Development budget including access to Learnably
  • ✨ Pension scheme

And some other perks are:

  • 💻 Flexible working & hybrid working
  • 🐶 Dog friendly office with our most regular fluffy visitors Leo and Milo
  • 🍿 Office snacks
  • 🎉 We work hard but enjoy letting our hair down with plenty of team socials
  • 🤗 Exposure to the Goodlord group and the opportunities to progress that come with that
