Your missionAs Frontify’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be on a mission to accelerate product growth by championing the customer, showcasing the value of Frontify’s products, and generating demand. You’ll work alongside the Director, Product Marketing to refine our marketing strategy and take it to new levels. Your day-to-day will include crafting compelling messaging and defining as well as executing various other initiatives (paired with a bit of fun, too). With a deep understanding of our market, customers, and competitors, you'll provide valuable insights that empower everyone from Product to Sales Teams.

Your responsibilities

  • You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging market insights, messaging, and positioning to drive product launches and enablement initiatives.
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, to create compelling marketing and enablement materials that align with Frontify’s strategic goals.
  • You'll conduct customer research and gather market insights to inform product development and refine messaging, bringing key findings back to the product team.
  • You'll maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, managing communication and expectations to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • You'll use tools such as Figma, Gong, Amplitude, and Salesforce to manage projects, analyze data, and create presentations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and content creation.

Your story

  • You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen, Switzerland office 2 times a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
  • You have 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing roles, with several years of experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • You’ve successfully developed and executed end-to-end go-to-market plans that reflect your fantastic storytelling abilities and your knack for translating technical ideas into business value.
  • You are comfortable with user data and have experience in industry and customer research.
  • You're no stranger to crafting compelling positioning and messaging and building marketing content as well as sales materials with demonstrated work in writing blogs and delivering webinars to customers, analysts, and the media.
  • You've been successfully guiding, influencing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and sales. 'Excellence’ isn't just a buzzword to you. It’s the measure by which you define the success of the many priorities you successfully juggle and execute.
  • You speak English fluently.
