Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your MissionAs a Product Manager for a key area of our DAM and brand management solution, you'll define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. You'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to build innovative, user-friendly products that address customer needs. Engaging with stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, identify pain points, and drive the product development process from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.

Your Responsbilities

  • You'll define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area of our DAM and brand management solution.
  • You'll work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to build innovative and user-friendly products that address customer needs.
  • You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, identify pain points, and ensure alignment on product goals.
  • You'll drive the product development process, from ideation and concepting to delivery and iteration, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • You'll analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
  • You'll use data and user research to validate ideas and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • You'll lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage the product backlog with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • You'll support the development of go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

Your Story

  • You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office – or even mix it up during the week! Work from where you feel most productive and comfortable.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • You hold a strong track record of delivering successful products and managing cross-functional teams.
  • You have experience working with UX/UI design and engineering teams to create user-centric solutions.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • You hold strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage timelines.
  • You bring knowledge of the digital asset management (DAM) or brand management space is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You speak English fluently
