Job Description

We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

Your Responsibilities

  • Optimize Operational Processes: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows, helping product teams manage backlogs effectively and ensuring that processes are scalable, efficient, and adaptive to evolving business needs.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Lead by example and provide coaching to product managers helping them grow professionally and achieve their potential. Create a collaborative, supportive environment where each team member can contribute to the success of the product whilst expanding their skillsets.
  • Empower Product Teams to Drive Strategy: Work closely with our VP of product, along with product managers, to define and refine DAM and brand management solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals while providing mentorship to help product managers achieve strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate Efficient Product Delivery: Oversee the operational aspects of the product development process, working closely with product managers to ensure successful performance. Remove blockers, provide guidance, facilitate decision making and improve workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide teams in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across business functions (Design, Engineering, Innovation, Research and commercial teams). Help them align on objectives, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure teams work closely with our product data analyst and research teams to leverage data analytics, market research, and customer insights in their decision-making process.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Experimentation and Innovation: Encourage teams to regularly reflect on their performance, share learnings, and continuously iterate on processes and products. Help identify areas for improvement, remove obstacles, and ensure teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Your Story

  • You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office – or even mix it up during the week! Choose where to work from that works best for you.
  • You have previous experience leading or mentoring product teams consisting of 8+ PMs.
  • You have mentored product managers helping them refine their skills, balance strategic vision with execution, and develop professionally.
  • You stay in the know with evolving coaching strategies and having the ability to adapt to the needs of individuals.
