Your team
The Developer Relations team is a diverse group of professionals, acting as the bridge between a company and its developer community, fostering trust, engagement, and collaboration. The team combines technical expertise, clear communication and problem solving skills with a passion for new possibilities technology provides.
Our goal is to empower and inspire developers by fostering meaningful connections, delivering exceptional resources, and advocating for their needs, ensuring a seamless experience that drives innovation, adoption, and success with our platform.

Your Mission
As a Developer Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing Frontify’s developer community. Your mission is to engage, inspire, and support developers while advocating for their needs internally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and Nurture the Developer Community:
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant community where developers feel supported and valued.
  • Proactively engage with developers on forums, GitHub, Discord, and social media to build lasting relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Organize and host events such as webinars, meetups, and virtual hackathons to strengthen the community and encourage participation.
  • Actively listen to the community, gathering feedback to understand their challenges, goals, and aspirations.

  • Advocate for the Community Within Frontify
  • Serve as the voice of the community, ensuring their needs and insights shape the product roadmap, documentation, and developer tools.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve the overall developer experience.
  • Highlight the impact of the community by sharing success stories, use cases, and innovative projects built with Frontify.

  • Create Resources that Empower Developers
  • Develop accessible and engaging technical content, such as tutorials, blog posts, videos, and sample projects, tailored to the needs of the community.
  • Build and maintain tools, integrations, and examples that showcase the potential of Frontify’s platform.
  • Partner with community members to co-create content, spotlight their successes, and amplify their voices.

  • Drive Engagement and Growth
  • Increase participation in developer programs, forums, and events by creating meaningful opportunities for engagement.
  • Onboard and support new developers, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to build with Frontify.
  • Monitor and track community health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.

Your Story

  • You have experience working with APIs, SDKs, web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages), and related tools
  • You have the ability to create high-quality technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, or GitHub repositories.
  • You have a passion for building and fostering communities, with experience interacting with developers on forums, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and/or events.
  • You take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing developer challenges.
  • You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a range of audiences, from beginners to advanced developers.
  • You have previous experience with public speaking or workshop facilitation (Bonus).
