Job Description

Flexa is the platform that enables companies to get discovered by top talent for what makes them unique. We have over 3 million users searching for their next company using our granular EVP filters (think "flexible hours" "equal parental leave" "work from anywhere schemes" "LGBTQ+ representation" etc.) and work with companies all over the world, from Multiverse to Microsoft.

There isn’t a single person at Flexa who doesn’t feel passionate about what we are building, and we hope that our social impact shines through in our own culture as well as our product. We give a lot for hard work - many people join Flexa and progress rapidly, with freedom and autonomy, but it's not an "easy" job.

The role 🙋🏻‍♀️

Flexa’s sales team plays a pivotal role in driving our growth and delivering an exceptional service to our users and customers. You’ll be joining a growing company of 17 where you can contribute to many “firsts” and work with us on our mission; to get every company discovered for what makes them unique. Now, we are looking for an SDR to join our sales team.

There is a high level of collaboration between other teams to execute our growth strategy. Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, you will own the inbound and outbound sales engine. We’re looking for a hard-working sales professional who thrives in an autonomous environment. It’s your opportunity to join a highly motivated bunch of people where you can drive significant impact and have a load of fun along the way!

The key attributes that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑

  • Previous experience with booking meetings with decision makers in SaaS or HR/Recruitment industries

  • You encourage a collaborative and positive work environment; whether you’re working remotely or on-site

  • Hunger and drive to exceed your meetings held targets

  • Comfortable with prospecting a range of and being tenacious in knocking down their doors

  • Creativity to think outside of the box when it comes to selling Flexa

  • Being a do-er; we’re a startup and want people who can roll their sleeves up and get things done in a fast-paced setting

  • You have a network in the world of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources

  • Experience in a start-up would be highly advantageous, but by no means essential
