As a People and Culture Lead, you'll be partnering with our teams across the business to create outstanding experiences. This means building strong relationships and gaining deep insights into team dynamics. ๐ŸŒŸ

Your focus? ๐Ÿค Partnering with both our Revenue and Operations teams to drive recruitment, learning initiatives, performance management, engagement, and employer branding. We have a current eNPS of 52 and excited for you to help build on this๐ŸŽฏ
