Job summary
Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director the focus of this role is the development and implementation of PR plans to drive brand awareness through targeted activity and initiatives within the UK.

As the interface between internal departments, agencies, the UK Marketing Director and the Head Office, a key part of the role is to ensure excellent communication and timely fulfilment of all activity to the highest standards, ensuring strong business results and a measurable ROI.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Produce and coordinate copy and content for campaigns, newsletters, blogs and web.
• Keep abreast of all aspects of the content development for products and marketing collateral supplied by the HQ - localiing where required.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to content for landing pages and optimise the user experience.
• Monthly emails – Current Consumers.
• Monthly emails – Lapsed consumers.
• Promotional reminders.
• Internal marketing emails to staff about external marketing activities.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to monitor media placement.
• Provide collateral for advertising campaigns.
• Management of PR agency providing collateral, research information and other relevant information to ensure PR results are achieved.
• Coordinate and run PR events and campaigns as specified by the Marketing Director ensuring a cohesive message is portrayed across all channels and activities.
• Create and execute social media campaigns targeting all channels with relevant and researched content, using appropriate hashtags, imagery and other relevant information to drive social engagement, impressions and clicks. Manage social media on a daily basis to ensure that any complaints/feedback are actioned quickly and in a polite professional manner.
• Ensure all written content is produced with SEO techniques in order to drive engagement and increase web presence.
• Manage and work with various external agencies to ensure a smooth working relationship. Such as PR agency, local authorities, social purpose charity/agency.
• Measure and report on performance of all relevant campaigns and assess the activity against KPI’s and business goals.
• Analyse and evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate to further strengthen the campaigns.
• Schedule and project-manage tactical plans to ensure key campaigns are prioritised and all plans delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post campaign evaluation.
• Produce written copy to a high standard when requested by the marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Preferred (but not essential) degree in English, communications, journalism or PR
Experience:
• Experience in copy and content writing
• Experience of proof reading
• Experience in social media management monitoring
• Experience in working with external agencies
• Understanding of cybersecurity
• Ability to digest and interpret technical material
Knowledge:
• Cybersecurity or tech industry knowledge
• Up-to-date with all the latest trends and best practices of online marketing and campaign measurement
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Script development
Language:
• English C2 - Prolific
Communication:
• Excellent level of written and spoken English language
