Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a busy and collaborative team.
In this wide-reaching Business Analyst role, you’ll operate across technology & delivery as well as being responsible for documenting requirements/user stories and conducting impact assessment of proposed changes to people, process and technology, as well as coaching the business in the delivery of change.
Day to day we’ll trust you to:
- Lead the discovery of ideas to understand the business/customer need
- Document requirements/user stories for change to support RFP processes and delivery via internal development teams/3rd party solution providers
- Identify and conduct impact assessments of proposed changes to people, process and technology
- Continuously develop the business analyst framework, toolkit & techniques, and support their adoption and collaborative use across project/programme teams.
- Coach the business to support them to deliver change, and to determine the right level of documentation required for that change
- Definition of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ models
- Undertake benefits identification and measurement on change initiatives
- Identify opportunities, risks and blockers in delivering workable solutions
You’ll need to have:
