Dein Daily Business (Aufgaben):

  • Process Management: Du planst, gestaltest und realisierst komplexe Arbeits- und Geschäftsprozesse für eine optimale technische und wirtschaftliche Durchführung
  • Rotation durch die Fachabteilungen: Während deiner Praxiseinsätze tauchst du tief in Bereiche wie Produktion, Logistik, technischer Einkauf, Controlling, Materialwirtschaft oder auch Konstruktion/Entwicklung ein
  • Double Mindset: Du verbindest kaufmännisches Denken mit technischem Sachverstand, um die Luftfahrt von morgen effizienter zu machen

Das erwartet dich in 3,5 Jahren an der Nordakademie Elmshorn :

  • Core-Skills: Verknüpfung ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Grundlagen (Mathematik, Physik, Technische Mechanik) mit Methoden des Produktionsmanagements zur optimierten Gestaltung der Wertschöpfungskette zwischen Technik und Wirtschaft

    • Dein Fundament: Allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur) oder Fachhochschulreife

    • Deine Sprachkenntnisse: Mindestens C1 Deutsch (bei internationalen Abschlüssen)
    • Dein Ticket: Der bestandene Zulassungstest der Nordakademie Elmshorn
    • Dein Mindset: Du denkst analytisch, lösungsorientiert und hast Lust auf Teamwork
