Your mission

The founding Sales Operations Manager at deepset will be a vital contributor, playing an integral role in the development and implementation of strategy and segmentation across the team. You will act as an operational thought leader and partner to key stakeholders, and directly drive the success and revenue of the GTM function. The founding Sales Strategy and Operations Manager will partner directly with the sales leadership team as a trusted advisor, centered on business operational support, sales optimization and strategic planning.

Your impact

  • You will collaborate cross functionally across deepset teams to organize and substantiate data effectively.
  • Instrument the design and implementation of the Go-To-Market plan under the sales strategy planning cycle
  • Define metrics, targets, build reports, dashboards to obtain insights into business health in effort to provide recommendations to leadership
  • Drive forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business segments
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses covering multiple data sets and tools
  • Create executive level content for local and global reviews as well as organize OBR’s
  • You will thrive in a high impact role, where priorities will consistently evolve

Your profile

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales strategy/ business operations in a SaaS company
  • Experienced and highly passionate individual with strong attention to detail with a willingness to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated progressive relevant experience with a thorough understanding of sales and business operations
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Knowledge of enterprise Saas tools
  • Exceptional problem solving, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to delegate initiatives and drive results
  • You will thrive in a high impact role, where priorities will consistently evolve
  • Comfortable with 25% travel
