We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our sales processes, supporting the sales team, and ensuring efficient operations that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the ability to implement and manage operational improvements.

Your impact
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for the sales team.
Monitor and refine customer journey workflows to ensure smooth customer experience and align with company objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Create and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Track key sales metrics and identify trends to take a proactive approach.
Sales Tools & Technology:
Manage and optimize sales tools and CRM systems to support the sales team's activities.
Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM and other sales-related technologies.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with sales tools.

Performance Management and go-to-market forecasting:
Monitor progress against forecasts and recommend adjustments as needed.
Assist monitoring data within CRM to provide accurate sales, renewal and forecasts.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership that enhance sales team productivity and performance.
Operational Support:
Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including sales order processing and contract management.
Your profile
3+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales strategy/ business operations in a high velocity SaaS company
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Salesforce and Hubspot experience and knowledge of other enterprise SaaS tools
Demonstrated progressive relevant experience with a thorough understanding of sales and business operations
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
Exceptional problem solving, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
You will thrive in a high impact role, where priorities will consistently evolve
Ability to continuously execute on deliverables and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge and experience of the sales operations function and sales process,
Demonstrated ability to interpret GTM policies and concept application
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a global team
Metabase & SQL experience are a plus
