Your Mission:

Joining the Channel & Alliances team as UK Channel Manager. You’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

We are now entering the next phase of growth and as part of that we are looking to become a truly partner centric organisation.

  • You'll be inheriting existing accounts with a requirement to bring on new channel partners to drive indirect revenue.
  • Managing existing stakeholders, upselling and cross-selling ClearBank’s services to ensure maximum value from the partnership
  • Owning the commercial relationships and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining new and existing relationships.
  • Part of growth team involved in scaling the function globally.
  • Hybrid of Co-Sell and BD.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

We would be delighted to bring on a seasoned UK Channel Manager, to join our Channel & Alliances team focusing on UK-based partners. Your main responsibility will be developing and managing a portfolio of existing accounts and generating new accounts / business opportunities, ideally you should be:

  • A self-starter with experience in managing internal and external senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • A seasoned negotiator and strategic thinker, constantly looking for new ways to drive a mutually beneficial partnership with a focus on revenue generation and relationship management
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline of opportunities with attention to detail in how deals are constructed, forecast and reported against
  • A trusted, safe pair of hands, who understands everything about your partners to manage them accordingly
  • Ideally, experience or knowledge in areas like: embedded banking, agency banking, technology platforms and/or payments.
