Together we can make an impact that will truly change tomorrow. Whether you’re developing cutting-edge green tech, helping customers on the front line or simplifying operations behind the scenes.

Your work here isn’t just a job – it’s a mission. We all play a vital role in energising a greener, fairer future.

The Team

The team within Trade Support is a dynamic team consisting of full-time employees in combination with talented Student Assistants adding flexibility in skills and working hours to the team. We are a diverse mixture of nationalities, personalities and expertise who work hard and form this strong high-performing team.

We very much take pride in enabling the trading engine to run smoothly and efficiently by bringing our best every day.

The Role

Your role as a Power Trading Operations Specialist requires you to thrive when you have to coordinate, prioritise and execute on a variety of complex tasks as you will work between trading and the rest of the organisation to optimise our daily operational work and implement new products and markets.

Market & systems knowledge, training and educating across the team, improving procedures to minimize risk and increase efficiency, coordinate with project stakeholders will be amongst your tasks and eventually your areas of expertise. The competences you bring to the team should include a good sense for logic, numbers, and the ability to acquire new knowledge and having a proactive mindset. You should believe in continuous improvement. You have a strong ability to stay calm under pressure, and you are keen to be the best in everything you do. You are persistent in pursuing progress, and aware of when and how to nudge colleagues and stakeholders to ensure your deliverables.

You will experience a position that provides opportunities to grow on a both professional and personal level as you will be a key player within one of our primary trading activities with a diverse set of responsibilities. You will learn to act fast while developing a structured mindset and you will feel that we pull together as a team to ensure a continuous high performance working environment. We are tough problem-solvers, who learn from success and failure, which is why we constantly raise the bar for what is expected of us.

Your Background & the Role Requirements

  • Ability to cooperate and communicate at all levels

  • Speak and ability to write in English - fluently
