About your role: As the Partnership & Sponsorship Manager, you will develop and implement a strategic plan for securing brand partnerships, aligning with marketing and retention goals. You will negotiate and execute long-term partnerships, ensuring maximum value for both parties. You will be responsible for measurement of all Rewards campaigns, fostering continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will oversee our loyalty platform operations, driving growth in registrations, engagement, and retention.
You will manage Bord Gáis Energy's sponsorship portfolio, from negotiations to activation, ensuring seamless delivery. You will support the Marketing Director in demonstrating sponsorship’s impact on acquisition and retention, manage the sponsorship budget, and work closely with the finance team. Working with the Sponsorship Lead you will be responsible for ensuring high-levels of exposure, integration and engagement, and measuring ROI.
Here's what we’re looking for:
Marketing Degree or equivalent third-level qualification essential.
Experience working in a relevant marketing function in the areas of Sponsorship, Loyalty, Digital, PR and Event Management.
Experience in marketing and communications and or creative agency.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to form, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
Passion for sponsorship and an understanding of how brands leverage sponsorship platforms to drive brand engagement, and expertise in managing brand ambassadors/influencers, media outlets, and other relevant organizations.
Full clean drivers’ license.
Ability and flexibility to work outside office hours as required by the nature of some events.
