About your role:

We’re looking for a driven IT Business Analyst to join our fast-paced Delivery team which drives customer value, working autonomously in one of our multi-disciplinary teams (MDT).

You will be a key influencer within the team, driving ideation within the team through to delivery and implementation of solutions. You’ll work on business change initiatives, collaborating with technical, business, and operational stakeholders to ensure that the team effectively defines the vision, empathises with the customer, and ensures customer value is prioritised and delivered.

Here's what we’re looking for:

• You’ve got 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst and have worked on Agile/Scrum teams previously
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification beneficial
• ISEB or IIBA Business Analysis certification beneficial
• You’ve got great communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
• You’re a champion for the customer, and are comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders of all levels
• You’re proficient with Themes, Epics, User Stories, and have experience with Agile management tools e.g. Jira, Confluence
• You’re self-motivated and results-oriented
