The day to day –

  • Spearhead the transformation of strategic roadmaps into actionable quarterly plans, championing the scrum team's backlog with dynamic leadership.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Senior Product Owners and Managers to unearth cutting-edge opportunities and understand customer desires, shaping the future of our digital landscape.
  • Navigate the helm of project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver stellar products and a seamless customer journey from inception to acquisition.
  • Be the voice of the Hive digital platform, articulating its vision and progress, while scouting for fresh avenues to add value for our users, team, and the enterprise.
  • Take charge of orchestrating projects that enhance our website's synergy with sophisticated back-end systems, ensuring a smooth digital experience.
  • Team up with solution architects to design innovative website features, leveraging our robust CRM and API infrastructure to elevate user engagement.
  • Keep a pulse on the market trends, especially in our core sectors of Heating and EV, to strategically position our offerings at the forefront of the industry.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong bonds with stakeholders throughout the organization, fostering a collaborative environment for growth and innovation.

About you –

  • Bring a dynamic edge to digital product ownership with over two years of hands-on experience, especially in the e-commerce domain.
  • Adept in Salesforce CRM & AWS, enhancing the customer journey and streamlining cloud services.
  • Skilled in integrating API frameworks, adding robustness to product architecture.
  • Proficient in mobile eCommerce development, delivering seamless shopping experiences on the go.
  • Agile enthusiast with proficiency in tools like Jira and ADO, ensuring project fluidity and team synergy.
  • Stellar communication skills, expert in tailoring complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Innovative problem-solver, dedicated to understanding challenges and deploying effective, tool-driven solutions.
  • Data aficionado, leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions and elevate product value.
  • Thrives in cross-functional team environments, fostering collaboration and driving collective success.
  • Experienced in crafting user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that pinpoint and enhance product features.
  • Agile project delivery aficionado, steering teams towards efficient and adaptive workflows.
