THE ROLE

As an Business Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our OEM department across various functions. Your mission is to provide invaluable assistance in creating insights, reports, and fostering relationships crucial for our Brand and Media Partnership Managers. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in supporting Account Managers D2C, particularly on Dealer Level with leading automotive brands. You will become a thought leader in the automotive world in Spain!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and our business operations
  • Support Brand- & Media Partnerships Managers in their daily business
  • With your insights you’ll create excellent reports, e.g. with regards to media campaigns & brand performance
  • You understand the needs of OEMs and you don’t hesitate to address these
  • Support the Account Managers, specialising in D2C and become the go-to person for the OEM digital sales team
  • Foster strong relationships and effectively communicate at a manager level
  • Your structured approach helps us build the team and implement divisional processes

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Proficiency in G-suite, especially Sheets + Slides (or Microsoft Office)
  • Nice to have: CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities - you’re hungry to grow our partner-base
  • Organizational and structural approach: “how can we make it better” will become your credo
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to build teams and divisional structures
  • Efficiency-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving - you see opportunities and know how to seize them
  • Nice to have: Sales + Design (Adobe) skills
  • Fluent in Spanish + comfortable with English (parts of the Interview will be in ENG)
  • Please provide CV in English
