In 2023 we are looking to build on this growth, getting our in-house talent solutions and embedded model chosen by many more high profile, high impact customers to make them more successful, and this role sits at the very heart of making this happen.
We’re looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work alongside the CEO and the Head of Growth, focusing on top of funnel activities and lead generation within the company sales cycle. Your mission will be to generate early stage & mid-market leads in EdTech, Climatetech, B2B SaaS, eCom/Fashion and Consultancies through following up on hot market signals and outbound prospecting.
You will be generating interest, setting-up appointments and supporting on-going sales opportunities. As well as developing leads and raising interest about Canda, you’ll have exposure to Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships in a high growth, start-up environment.
When you're successful and flying (hopefully within 18-24 months), there will be opportunities to progress further into Sales as an Account Executive, owning and closing your own deals.
We’ll actively encourage you to be proactive and think outside the box, you’ll also need to be ambitious, goal-oriented, self-sufficient and super organised to achieve the greatness we are looking for.
As with any sales role your initial success will be measured on weekly output, ie cold calls, appointments booked, emails sent, campaigns built, ideas delivered, leads chased, opportunities identified etc.
We'll provide you with best in class, business intelligence software as well as a database, news sources, LinkedIn and the training and support you need to be successful.
If you are passionate, assertive, enthusiastic, confident and a strong relationship builder, we're keen to speak! Any demonstrable experience in recruitment/ hiring / sales will be hugely advantageous.
